1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by bdjli, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, virtual games, and promotional programmes accessible via the bdjli website and any associated mobile web interface. By accessing or using any bdjli service, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bdjli and accept all terms set out herein.

bdjli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any section of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdjli will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice within the player dashboard. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the bdjli platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bdjli operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the bdjli platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

In the event of a conflict between any translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdjli services, including deposits, withdrawals, and placing bets, the Player must register a single personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration;
• Are not residents of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Are registering solely for personal use and not on behalf of any third party;
• Are not a current or former employee, contractor, or direct family member of a bdjli employee or contractor.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on the bdjli platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

During registration, the Player must provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. bdjli reserves the right to request documentary evidence in support of any information provided at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdjli operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all accounts. The Player must successfully complete KYC verification before any withdrawal from their account will be processed. KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate showing the Player's full name and date of birth;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming the Player's residential address, dated within the previous 90 days;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation document demonstrating ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

bdjli reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.

2.2 Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdjli will never request the Player's full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any Player who suspects that their account credentials have been compromised must contact bdjli support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

bdjli accepts no liability for losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has shared or negligently exposed their credentials.

3. Age Restriction

bdjli operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to any real-money service on the bdjli platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotions — is prohibited for persons under the age of 18. This restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all players regardless of jurisdiction, payment method, or account status.

bdjli employs multiple verification mechanisms to enforce the 18+ age restriction, including cross-referencing date of birth data provided at registration against KYC identity documents. Where bdjli has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification and all betting and withdrawal activity will be frozen.

If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age at any point during their use of the bdjli platform — including after account funds have been deposited or bets have been placed — the following actions will be taken:

• The account will be closed immediately and permanently;
• Any deposits made while underage will be returned to the originating payment method;
• Any winnings generated from bets placed while underage will be forfeited in full;
• bdjli reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdjli platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. bdjli does not charge its players currency conversion fees; all balances, stakes, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT.

4.1 Deposits

bdjli accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, players are encouraged to set a personal deposit limit in accordance with their personal financial circumstances using the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's bdjli account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank. bdjli is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the Player's account being reviewed for compliance.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed;
• The account balance is sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements applicable to the balance have been satisfied;
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 is met.

bdjli commits to processing verified withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). bdjli reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances. Players will be notified of any such delay.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the bdjli account. bdjli will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdjli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are published in full within the Offers / Promotions section of the platform and within the Player's account dashboard at the time of opt-in. The general principles governing all bdjli bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page;
• Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited;
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page;
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting in to a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited;
• Abuse Prevention: bdjli reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable evidence that the bonus has been abused, including through coordinated play with other accounts, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.

bdjli reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a player has already opted in to a promotion, the original terms under which they opted in will remain applicable to their active bonus balance, except where a modification is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

6. User Obligations

By using the bdjli platform, the Player agrees to comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh and to refrain from using the platform for any unlawful purpose. The Player explicitly agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC process;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the bdjli platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, including continuing to play after discovering such an error without reporting it to bdjli support;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bdjli platform's software or infrastructure;
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or in violation of any applicable law through any communication channel provided by bdjli.

Breach of any User Obligation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where appropriate, referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities. bdjli's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final and binding.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

A Player may request voluntary closure of their bdjli account at any time by contacting bdjli support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdjli will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method before closing the account. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon the Player's request, subject to renewed KYC verification.

Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including where gambling has become or is at risk of becoming a problem — may request a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible. bdjli will suppress all promotional communications to self-excluded accounts. 7.1 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

bdjli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the Player is under 18 years of age;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against bdjli;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any withdrawal requests pending at the time of suspension will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, the outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

bdjli provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While bdjli takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or technical failure at all times. bdjli shall not be liable for any losses — direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bdjli's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Data loss or corruption resulting from circumstances beyond bdjli's direct control;
• Actions taken by the Player in reliance on information provided by third parties, including tipsters or betting forums not affiliated with bdjli;
• Any tax liability incurred by the Player in their jurisdiction in connection with winnings derived from bdjli.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjli's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the bdjli platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

bdjli does not accept liability for any emotional distress, loss of enjoyment, or psychological harm arising from gambling activity on the platform. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to use the self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools available in their account settings and to seek professional support where appropriate.
